Ousley GoPro Fund

This post is brought to you by Tanner-Logan Chapman:

As many of you may know, money has been accumulating over these last 4 months for the Cliff Ousley Legacy GoPro fund. I would like to announce that I will be awarding the GoPros to a rider of each adult class of the 2016 season at the Banquet ceremony on February 4th.

I would like to thank everyone who has given money, time, love, and effort into the Cliff Ousley Legacy GoPro Fund. Your money has gone towards “watching your skills play out before you (as Cliff always said),” as well as possibly saving a life in the future, or just the peace of knowing what happened to a rider. I am forever grateful to each and every one of you who has given even a penny towards Cliff’s legacy. Special thanks go to Dylan & Patrick Smith for coming up with the idea & creating the “Forever Our Champ #518” bracelets that we all wear with the utmost pride. I would like to thank Eric Elam, John Brian Hale, Reggie Bearden, Sherry Ferguson & Landon Carter for developing the awesome Cliff Ousley decals that are proudly displayed on helmets, bikes, and cars. I also would like to thank Sherry Ferguson, Tina Smith, Hayden Yeargen, and Kim & Bo DeLoach for working the tent & collecting money for this to become possible. Thank you to Tommy Barton of Max Motorsports for ordering the GoPros for us to purchase. Last but not least, I would like to thank Secca Racing, for allowing me to give away the GoPros at the banquet. To all of you, the sincere love & devotion you have shown towards honoring Cliff’s legacy means the absolute world to me. Thank you all again so much for supporting the Cliff Ousley Legacy GoPro Fund. I began this idea from a single hopeful wish, to help a rider see his/her “skills,” mistakes, as well as provide answers & peace to a family if another horrific tragedy occurred again. It has been a driving force for me these past 134 days without my best friend & love of my life. Being able to give away these GoPros to well-deserved riders in honor of Cliff is something I will always treasure & hold dear to me. On behalf of my parents, Dale & Susie Nichols, second parents Pam & Charles Ousley, brother Neal Ousley & Emily Thrash, and sister Julie Ousley, Cody Knight, & my beautiful niece Carter Lynn Knight, we thank you for all of your genuine love, kindness, & support through this painful time in our lives.

With Love & Gratitude, Tanner-Logan Chapman
